UMYBL "Moms for Moms" Collection a Big Success

Thanks to the very generous UMYBL family, the annual Upper Makefield Youth Baseball’s “Moms for Moms” collection brought in over 900 items for underprivileged children.

Over 350 pieces of used baseball and softball equipment were gathered as part of the “UMYBL Gives Back” program, which works with “Pitch in for Baseball” to benefit children in need around the world and locally so that they are well-equipped to play the baseball and softball. And over 575 articles of used clothing, toys, and books were taken in for “Cradles to Crayons,” an organization that helps disadvantaged children in the greater-Philadelphia area.

This collection pushed “UMYBL Gives Back” to a coincidental more than 1,600 items collected in less than two years, and over 1,600 items collected on behalf of Cradles to Crayons in less than one year.

Again, thank you! Your generosity and thoughtfulness will put smiles on hundreds of childrens’ faces!
