Score 45 Runs in Four Games Against the State's Best - But Fall Two Runs Short at the Wrong Time

The 12U Mavs ended their season with a 2-2 record in the State Championship Tournament. Though they scored 45 runs against the States' best in their four games and easily out-tallied their next closest offensive competitors, they could only muster one run in what turned out to be their deciding game, a 3-1 loss to District 2 Champion Whitpain. Congratulations Mavs on a great season!
