With input and approval from appropriate officers, lead Manager/Coach solicitation, selection, evaluation, development. Devise In-House Game Schedules and Calendars for Baseball. Manage and schedule league field practice schedules. Work with other officers to develop umpire use rules, scheduling, and coordination. Manage and coordinate in-house playoffs and/or post season tournament activity. Select and manage league or age group coordinators (where needed); provide hands on leadership for on field activity to drive a positive experience for players and parents. Ensure code of conduct being enforced at all times - take appropriate action with other officers as necessary to carry this out.
