Softball
Lead Manager/Coach solicitation, selection, evaluation, development. Devise In-House Game Schedules and Calendars for Baseball and Inter-Township schedule for softball. Handle field practice schedules. Work with other officers to develop Umpire use rules, scheduling, and coordination. Coordinate in-house playoffs and/or post season tournament activity. Select and manage league or age group coordinators (where needed); provide hands on leadership for on field activity to drive a positive experience for players and parents.
