Our League
UMYBL is a volunteer youth baseball and softball organization for boys and girls ages 5-18. A baseball player’s age for the 2010 season is his or her age as of April 30, 2010 for baseball and June 30, 2010 for softball. The league will assign players to a level based on the date of birth.
League Boundaries for Baseball
Players 5-12 years of age: our boundaries have been designated so that any child residing in Upper Makefield Township, Solebury Township and Newtown Township may register with UMYBL.
Players 13-15 years of age: our league boundaries have been designated as follows for players living in:
Upper Makefield Township- usually register with UMYBL, but may register through Newtown or Tri-Township. Newtown, Solesbury, New Hope, & surrounding townships- MAY register with UMYBL
Players 16-18 years of age: our league boundaries have been designated as “OPEN” for baseball. This means that any player who desires to play for UMYBL baseball at the “Senior” level may register.
